What We do: The Seattle personal trainer will first assess your fitness level.

The trainer identify how fit you are, he or she also identifies weaker muscle groups and areas that need more work. The trainer  then listens to your goals and finds out if you have any special needs. The trainer designs a program to help you reach your goals. The program should be within your capabilities.

You'll learn how to eat healthier.

healthy fatsEating healthy is a way of life, not a diet. Diet changes don't mean you'll eat a bland diet. Many healthy recipes add plenty of herbs and spices, which also bring health benefits as they flavor your foods. You'll learn how to cook and eat healthier, which can also help your whole family when you adopt that style of cooking at home.

You'll combine a healthy diet with regular exercise to blast off fat.

Eating healthier lowers your caloric intake and when you add regular exercise, it burns more calories. That's a formula for melting away fat. Regular exercise also builds muscle tissue and the more you have, the more calories you burn. You'll also notice your clothes fit better as you build muscle, even if you don't drop one single pound. That's because muscle tissue is more compact per pound than fat tissue is.

You'll build your energy reserves when you work out on a regular basis and eat healthier. The more energy you have, the more active you become, which also burns extra calories.

A healthy diet and regular exercise is a prescription for good health and an alert mind. This combination can help prevent many serious conditions such as high blood pressure, osteoporosis, diabetes and even Alzheimer's or dementia.

A trainer shows you how to do each exercise correctly, as your fitness level improves, he or she adjusts that program to reflect the improvement.
